We at wsm GmbH know how important it is to you how we look after you personal data. Therefore we assure you:

You personal data will not be passed onto any third party
Any collected data is, with todays state of the art, unavailable to any third party.

Any data that has a direct connection to a person will not leave the EU and will be destroyed straight after its use.Your data will be used for the initiation of orders, applications etc. The BDSG stipulates in §4g that the person responsible for the data protection, must make the following information available, according to § 4e, in an appropriate manner.

Periodic deadlines for the deletion of data
The legislation authorities have issued many restrictions and periods for the maintenance of data. On expiry of these periods, the corresponding data will be deleted in routine procedures. If there are data not covered by this, they will be erased if one of the purposes mentioned above is omitted.

Planned data transmission to third parties
Transmission to third-party states is not planned.
