Flexibly adapted to your needs

The metal system construction specialist, WSM – Walter Solbach Metallbau GmbH has launched a new modular room concept for Indoor. It can be assembled by the user without any problems after extremely short delivery time. The particularly economical and versatile “SmartUnit” modular system consists of standardized elements that are joined together by a practical tongue-and-groove plug-in system. Offices, meeting, storage or recreation rooms can be set up in just a few hours and can be rebuilt just as quickly elsewhere without disrupting ongoing operations with costly construction work.

New rooms created in a short time

Due to its smooth, easy-to-clean interior walls, the “SmartUnit” is also suitable for the realization of clean rooms and measuring rooms as well as test stations or for the encapsulation of machines. The room system, which is built directly on the hall floor, provides level access, making it easier to move equipment or materials in and out.

Economic solution with modern sandwich panels

The SmartUnit space system consists of elements in sandwich construction, each made of two high-quality steel sheets, between which there is a filling of PU foam. Each sandwich element thus achieves high strength with low weight. The materials used offer a high level of fire protection in accordance with building material class B1 (C – s3 d0 according to DIN EN 13501-1).

 

The easy-care design is appealing and features an elegant, contemporary color scheme: while the metal sheets shine in white aluminum (RAL 9006), the window and door frames and corner profiles are colored in a contrasting anthracite gray (RAL 7016). An ingenious plug-in system enables fast, tool-free assembly and disassembly as well as a stable stand. The room system can be variably equipped with windows and doors and is easily expandable.

Extras for even more comfort

For the “SmartUnit”, WSM offers a range of accessories with different equipment options – from electrical installation to heating and air conditioning. The WSM SmartUnit is delivered cost-effectively disassembled into elements and provided with assembly instructions. It is packed safely for transportation and protected in a stacking box made of recyclable wood, which can be easily moved on site. If desired, the assembly can also be carried out by the manufacturer’s qualified personnel.
