Your tasks

Contact person at eye level for all IT support issues
Finding solutions to problems in first and second level support
Creative design for the optimization of IT services and processes
Advice on dealing with (new) technologies and IT tools
Support for IT projects

Your profile

Successfully completed training in an IT-related professional field or comparable qualification
At least 2 years of experience in IT support - ideally in an industrial environment
Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Fun and pleasure in dealing with new technologies (e.g. with hyper-converged infrastructure)
