We hand over your orders to the logistics service providers agreed with you. Understandably, carriers and parcel services are unable to store undeliverable shipments due to Corona for longer period of time; otherwise the function of the depots would come to a standstill. Undeliverable shipments are now returned for a fee. Unfortunately, we will have to pass on these uncalculated additional costs to you. A second delivery will only be made after your approval.
It is therefore in your own interest and your responsibility to check with WSM before placing your order whether or not the goods can be delivered safely to the end customer.
In the event of an unscheduled cancellation of acceptance or postponement of the delivery date of finished product groups that have to be delivered with our own fleet of crane trucks, we see no other option than to temporarily store these goods at WSM. We will issue a down payment invoice amounting to 80% of the net order value, which you should forward to the end customer.
We assure you that we will do our utmost to avoid disruptions as far as possible and to maintain the agreed supply chains, which is, of course, also in your interest. We ask for your understanding and thank you in advance for your assistance.
