System halls: fast, cheap and flexible.

Conventional solid construction is on the retreat. System halls are considered a particularly economical alternative because they can be erected, extended or dismantled quickly and relatively inexpensively. Functional rooms can be created just as easily and inexpensively without dry lining using modular room systems and adapted to current needs. Flexible partition systems provide the desired structure.

System halls made of steel and aluminum are comparatively inexpensive and, depending on the size, can be erected within a few days. A suitable plot of land with access roads and connections for supply and disposal, as well as a suitable foundation that insulates against moisture and cold – little more is needed. The hall manufacturers often assist with the necessary structural analyses and building permits. With them, each object is planned from the beginning and thus adapted to the actual needs and financial possibilities.

Cost effective and flexible

Required functional rooms such as offices, EDP rooms, measuring and laboratory rooms, break and recreation rooms as well as sanitary rooms etc. can also be set up cost-effectively and flexibly by dispensing with the dry lining completely or as far as possible. Modular, mobile room systems are available for a variety of functions and purposes.

Delivered pre-assembled or for self-assembly

Such room systems can be supplied pre-assembled and fully equipped by the manufacturer or be self-assembled and offer maximum adaptability: simply attached to an overhead crane or taken on a forklift, they can be moved at will in no time without affecting ongoing operations. If more functional space is needed, simply combine the modules. And vice versa. Hall space can also be used vertically through substructures or stacking. The manufacturer also supplies the necessary stairs.

In a similar way, masonry walls are replaced. Customized partition wall systems can be used to separate functional areas such as work preparation, controls or storage and much more. Door, window or complete glass surfaces can be integrated individually. The advantages of partition wall systems are also in the cost of construction, the short time required and, above all, the high adaptability to changing tasks.
