Are you good at communicating with people at home and abroad? Do you always keep track of complex customer relationships? We are looking for a committed and responsible Key Account Manager International (Western Europe) (m/f/d).

Your tasks

As Key Account Manager International, you will be responsible for the Western European sales market of WSM.
You will be responsible for the personal support of our top existing customers in Western Europe.
In cooperation with the overall sales management, you will develop customized support concepts for our major Western European customers, thereby promoting long-term partnerships.
You will support the WSM sales team with training measures for our customers.
You are the communication interface between our key Western European customers and internal teams.
They inspire new international customers with long-term growth potential and thus ensure an increase in our market share and sales in Western Europe.
You will represent our company at customer visits, trade fairs and other events and support the planning and implementation of marketing and sales measures.
In the medium term, you will be actively involved in the implementation of a CRM tool and support rapid implementation.
You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements with our top clients.
