An original with very special skills
The popular R-room system has been WSM’s “perennial favorite” for more than 40 years. The distinctive, rounded corners as a design feature were developed by Walter Solbach, the founder of WSM, and have been copied many times since. But only the original has performance values and flexible options that others cannot match. Thus, the R-space system is used as a robust “workhorse” in the noisiest, dirtiest and most dangerous places – such as in steel mills, in a deep salt dome or on the Zugspitze.

The striking exterior of the R-space system has been a common sight in industrial environments for many years and it has lost none of its relevance. Thanks to its durability and stability, it has proven itself in daily use, at the same time it is easy to clean and flexible. WSM’s modular system enables optimally planned and customized room solutions. It combines numerous advantages: robust and easy to clean, versatile, easy to expand, enormously durable and, above all, easy to implement thanks to its mobility. With an individual paint finish, for example in the customer’s house colors, WSM gives the room system a special character.

As an original, the R room system has a timeless design. For over 40 years, this room system has proven itself and is still appreciated by customers. It is particularly used in industrial environments and wherever extreme resistance and high noise protection are required. In the meantime, WSM has modernized a large number of components, but the R room system is still characterized by its high modularity and contemporary usability. Thanks to its various elements, the system optimally adapts to the space requirements and local conditions. Its uses are equally versatile: it can be used as an office, recreation room or machine enclosure. The flexible interior design meets almost any requirement. The modular system also offers plenty of scope in terms of size: from a small Enclosures to an extensive building complex, there are numerous possibilities. Double-deck installation allows effective use of space even on a small footprint.
R room system – well planned, quickly set up
WSM offers customers and interested parties detailed advice and service from a single source right from the start. This includes the field service personally examining the situation on site and evaluating the best options for an R room system together with the customer. Then the room system is planned using modern methods and detailed drawings are created in 2D and 3D. WSM also organizes the transport and its own qualified assemblers take care of the installation at the destination. The installation takes place in the shortest possible time, since at WSM assemblies are already pre-assembled in the factory, which are only brought together at the destination. This reduces the set-up phase at the customer’s site to a minimum, and production processes can continue to run in parallel in the vast majority of cases.
