Central Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d)

Due to our continuous, dynamic growth, we are looking for a Central Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your tasks

Creating and processing orders and order confirmations, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment
Preparation and review of invoices, credit memos, and purchase orders in accordance with the relevant business guidelines
Management and maintenance of customer portals, as well as the reliable and timely provision of information and documents
Communication and coordination with our logistics partners to coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth operations
Close collaboration with the sales departments and the accounting department
Coordination with Production Planning, Scheduling, and Logistics

Your profile

Successful completion of a business apprenticeship or equivalent knowledge
Experience in sales or central order processing, ideally in metal fabrication
Strong service mentality as well as strong communication and contact skills in German and English
Experience in working with MS Office, CRM systems and merchandise management programs, ideally proALPHA
Structured, process-oriented way of working
