Take your first steps in professional life at WSM. We offer you the opportunity of qualified vocational training or targeted retraining in modern metal system construction. Join us in launching a successful professional future in over 13 state-recognized apprenticeships.

Ideally, you should apply for a training position with us around six months before you start. Simply send us your complete application documents online or by mail. We are looking forward to your application!

...you have a reliable and careful way of working. Good manners and a willingness to learn on your own initiative are highly valued, but the most important thing is teamwork and communication skills.

Checklist for your application
  • Cover letter with an indication of the position you are applying for
  • Curriculum vitae with monthly breakdown of work history
  • Your last two school reports and all internship reports
  • All attachments in one file (PDF or Word document, max. 5 MB)
