The self-build house from WSM

The new “SmartUnit” room system complements our range of room systems. The SmartUnit is offered as a self-assembly house and is ideally suited for self-assembly by your customers directly at the installation site.

The construction offers high stability due to the high quality aluminum sandwich panels. There is a choice of four elements with different window installations, two door variants and one solid wall element, which are plugged together using a tongue and groove system. In addition, the construction is supported by angle profiles and corner posts, which form a solid frame. This also applies to the ceiling structure, which is made of the same material.

At the same time, the sandwich panels look high-quality and modern. In addition, they are absolutely easy to care for. The standard color scheme of white aluminum (RAL 9002) in combination with the anthracite gray (RAL 7016) of the door and window frames as well as corner posts allows for harmonious and contemporary integration into the respective environment.

Furthermore, the use of sandwich elements offers another major advantage: Should a fire ever break out, whether inside or outside, the materials used ensure high fire protection of building material class B1 (C – s3 d0 according to DIN EN 13501-1) and thus a high level of safety at the workplace.

The room system is easy to configure and ready to ship within 3-4 weeks. This also makes it possible to implement spatial planning in the short term.

Flexible at the installation site
The room system can also be set up in areas that are difficult to access thanks to its production from individual elements. The customer can thus use unused open spaces in an economically effective way.

Sophisticated design
The sandwich panels are made of high-quality, smooth sheet steel. They are easy to clean and are suitable for simple cleanroom solutions or Enclosures for equipment and machines.

B1 fire protection
With its flame-retardant PU foam insulation, the system offers additional protection in accordance with DIN 4102 and greater safety at the installation site.

Perfect dimensions
Thanks to the optimized grid format of 1150 mm, offices can be created with just 10 panels in accordance with workplace guidelines.

Barrier-free
Installed directly on the floor, there are no additional steps once the room system has been installed. The ground-level entrance with a width of 90 cm offers sufficient free space for wheelchair users and is also sufficiently dimensioned for the transport passage of Euro pallets.

Easy transportation
The specially developed transport and logistics containers enable smooth shipping via a forwarding agent. Handling at the customer’s site can be carried out using a simple hand pallet truck.
