Description
The SolarCover 2.0 add-on unit combines vehicle protection and sustainable energy generation in a modern design. The basic module with two parking spaces can be flexibly extended with add-on units – ideal for row parking systems or employee parking spaces. The add-on unit cannot be installed without the basic unit. The frame consists of galvanized steel beams, the roof surface of 15 robust glass-glass PV modules with a thickness of 5 mm. With 370 Wp per module, the SolarCover 2.0 offers an economical solution even for large parking areas. An integrated drainage system collects the rainwater in a standard gutter at the rear end and drains it away via a downpipe on a support. The Snow load of 2.5 kN/m² is suitable for high altitudes. The solar carport has vertical and overhead approval in accordance with DIN 18008 as well as system statics up to wind load zone 2 in terrain category 2.
