Your tasks
- Booking flights, hotels and rental cars for business trips
- Preparation of travel expense reports and monitoring of the travel budget
- Compliance with company policies and regulations regarding business travel
- Coordination and cooperation with internal and external partners
Your profile
- Organizational talent with a strong sense for details
- Sociability and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience in business travel organization and the use of online booking tools.
- Very good written and spoken German
