Your tasks
- Administration of the server landscape and network infrastructure
- Monitoring of servers by means of monitoring system and troubleshooting
- Installation and support of desktops, laptops and mobile devices
- Support for our employees in Germany and the Czech Republic
- Creation of documentation and instructions
Your profile
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification with corresponding several years of professional experience
- Experience in IT support - ideally in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Fun and joy in dealing with new technologies
